RAILS TO TRAILS PROJECT
The surveying is complete on the Trails Gateway area. The Designer will have preliminary plans
and drawings for the Task Force this month.
ANNEXATION
Per council’s request, I have requested Baker & Daniels amend the north annexation
ordinance to just encompass the property next to Reichard Funeral Home. We vote to adopt
the ordinance on August 27th.
SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT
The sewer rehabilitation project construction phase in complete. Reynolds has asked for
a 5 week extension to clean up “Punch list” items. Scott Thompson and Doug from Wessler’s
are doing follow up inspections to develop the punch list.
SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT
I have four more participants who have paid into the sidewalk project. I would like to
use some of the remaining dollars to repair some bad intersection corners and add handicapped ramps.
