The Union City Water Board consists of three appointed members who administer the operation of the Union City Water Department. The Water board is responsible for maintaining the clean water supply to the city, maintenance and improvements to the plumping, delivery, and storage systems of the Water Works. The Water Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the South Water Plant building, 216 Maple St.
