The Union City Redevelopment Commission is authorized by Indiana Statutes to act as an agent of the City for purposes of redeveloping existing areas of the City. The Commissions purpose is to encourage economic growth in the community.
Redevelopment Commission projects include; Downtown Revitalization Program, Brownfield’s Assessment, Unused / Abandoned Commercial Property Reutilization Project, and New City Facilities Project.
